Last week’s number of active players in the all time top ten players list increased by just one, with the addition of ayirungo 🇬🇭. mrjohnson from Nigeria 🇳🇬 & akrugu of Ghana 🇬🇭 remain in the list from the previous week. The absence of top players from Nigeria: aiyedunseun & akinking has resulted in this state of affairs. The Oga Ot’a of Nigeria 🇳🇬 mrjohnson remains in the lead, with a record breaking 2387 points.
The threshold for entry into the active top ten decreased, with ocato 🇧🇯 making it in with a reduced 1708. The number of players in the yellow zone (1500 - 1799) stayed at half the players. Well done to the players who managed to make it into this list. 👏👏👏.
The giant of Afrika, Nigeria 🇳🇬 continues to dominate the top ten ranking lists. Their numbers in top ten all time list remained at 3 players. Whilst the active players contingent stayed also at 3 players: mrjohnson, kasoniga & adebayoademo, making his debut in the list in his first week of being on the platform. The same three players from Ghana 🇬🇭: akrugu, ayirungo & roberisco continue to make their presence felt. grandmastert from Antigua & Barbuda 🇦🇬 once again remains the lone ranger, being the only known player from outside Afrika in the list. Once again Benin 🇧🇯 has 3 players in the active top ten and are also making their presence felt, this time they are: makandjou, wahi2 & ocato 👏👏👏.
On Sunday we saw a few players from Bolgatanga the Upper East region of Ghana 🇬🇭 make the debut on the platform: prof23, ayamga, atogbase & asusigasolom. All thanks to atiah going on tour with ayirungo and recruiting them to the platform. Time will tell in which zone rankings will be shaken up.
Just below the top ten radar are master & senior players like kasoniga 🇳🇬, dsk 🇧🇯, sikandou 🇧🇯. oladelefire 🇳🇬, e17 🇰🇿, masterfisz 🇵🇱 serikaktayev 🇰🇿, wkc1342 🇵🇱 etc among the active players waiting in the wings to take their places.
